Well done to all teams and students. It was a fun and enjoyable day and so many personal bests made every team feel like a winner.

This week we launched The Gumnut Gardening Club. These children have volunteered their time to work in our garden during their lunch break. We are hoping to have gardening goals that we will achieve each week. These goals will eventually lead to a beautiful functioning garden that will look gorgeous and also produce things that we can use and eat. This week’s goal was to learn about our worm farms. We fed our little worm friends for the holidays and put them to bed. We also did a lot of cleaning up and created an enormous pile of fern fronds so our garden beds look tidy.
