This week, Uncle Ted joined some of our students for a yarning circle, sharing stories about culture, connection, and community. 🌿 Students had the opportunity to listen, learn, and engage in meaningful conversations about the importance of celebrating their culture. These experiences help strengthen understanding, foster pride in identity, and build deeper connections with one another. It has come to our attention that several teachers have accidentally coordinated today’s fashion choices 😍 OLN would love to assure everyone that no notes, emails, group chats or mandatory uniform memos were involved in this occurrence - it was a pure coincidence!! UPDATE-THE RESULTS ARE IN……….. ✏️🤩 Our Stage One students have been super busy showcasing their amazing creative art skills! Each member of staff has been lovingly depicted in a unique student-created portrait, and now it's time for a fun guessing competition. Staff members are putting their detective skills to the test as they try to work out which drawing represents them! 💗 As we begin Week 7 of Term 2, the staff at OLN are dedicating this week to wellbeing, connection, and supporting one another. Wow! What an amazing few days for Stage 3. This morning after breakfast was time for more hanging around with High Ropes and then the Gorge Swing. A bite for lunch then back on the bus to be home around 2:30. The children have been so well behaved with great manners and have all challenged themselves achieving more than they thought they could.
