Our Lady of the Nativity Primary is a K-6 community school providing quality education for all learners in a safe, friendly environment.

While enrolments are taken at any time during the year, the main enrolment period each year is from the beginning of the school year until the end of May.

Please follow the guidelines below and you are welcome to contact our Enrolment Officer at any time to help you obtain further information or guide you through the enrolment process.



Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision.

Our Open Day held in March each year, provides a wonderful opportunity for prospective families to view our facilities and meet our staff. Alternatively, families are welcome to contact the school to arrange a tour.

Step 1:
Review the enrolment instructions

First please read the following document which outlines how to submit the Enrolment Application and the Mandatory Documents that are required.

Step 2
Submit an enrolment application
Complete and submit:
The completed Enrolment Application, together with all requested supporting documentation, must be submitted, in person, to our school office. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications and note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement. Please bring with you original documentation to be sighted and copied, if required.
Step 3:
Your letter of offer 
The principal will consider the completed application and may make an offer to enrol your child at the school. Your application does not guarantee an automatic place at OLN Primary. We will notify you of the results of your application.
Step 4:
Acceptance of offer 
We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Deposit by the requested date to secure your position. This will contribute towards your first term school-based fees.

Important Notice


Parents of students with additional needs are encouraged to begin the enrolment process in advance of the normal enrolment period to allow for assessment of the support and adjustments required. Initial contact should be made with the Principal.

Parents are asked to provide copies of assessments or reports concerning learning needs.

It may be suggested that further assessments be undertaken by the school leadership team, or by staff from the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

The enrolment process involves consultation and clarification of student needs. Available support and resources are investigated with parents, school personnel and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.
